Sheet Metal
Geometrics | High Accuracy & Tolerances

Optimum Hygiene Standards

In the realm of sheet metal fabrication, geometric shapes play a crucial role in ensuring high accuracy and tight tolerances. From squares and rectangles to more complex forms such as triangles and circles, the precision of these geometric designs is paramount, particularly in industries where hygiene is critical, such as the food sector. Fully qualified tradesmen utilise advanced techniques like folding, cutting, and laser services to create components that not only meet stringent standards but also enhance the overall efficiency of production processes.

Precision work in sheet metal fabrication demands an in-depth understanding of geometric principles, as even the slightest deviation can jeopardise the integrity of a product. Therefore, the application of sophisticated laser cutting technology and accurate folding methods ensures that each piece of metal adheres to required tolerances. By focusing on high hygienic factors, tradesmen guarantee that the finished products are suitable for environments where cleanliness is paramount, therefore maintaining safety and compliance within the food industry.

Team Work

Key Client Project

Grimsby Pipework and Engineering was requested to put some components on a weight reduction to meet some demanding requirements. Our in house engineers re designed the components removing all the weight required and modelling the new part to ensure the process was kept working as it should. The sheet metal department then fabricated the parts ready for installation.
